To be eligible for a year-end award, the rider and owner of the horse must be paid up members of the YRHA, and provide a current and complete membership form, prior to the closing of entries of any class in which the horse is entered in order for their results in that class to be counted toward a year-end award. Two-Handed Youth are not required to own the horse they ride in Two-Handed Youth classes; however, to be eligible for a year-end award, the rider and owner of the horse are subject to the eligibility rule stated above.
